'Kate's Plaice The Stitchmongers' exhibition at The Knitting and Stitching Show

So here are some images from last week as my fish counter installation finally opened at Alexander palace. The counter was greatly admired with thousands of people viewing it each day and hundreds of questions asked.
 
The top 3 questions most asked were as follows..

1. Question. How long did it take?
Answer. 9 months
2. Question. Why did you make it?
Answer. Why not
3. Question. Is your father a fisherman?
Answer. No

I had a fantastic week pretending to be a fish monger and will be doing it all again next month at The Knitting and Stitching Show, Simmonscourt,RDS, Dublin 12th-15th November 2015

    wandered over via pinterest, simply amazing, my brain is still trying to wrap around a few of those fish lookin all too real, hats off to ya.
